Affordable Housing Management
Are you Seeking Affordable Housing in Oregon’s mid-Willamette Valley?
We help individuals and families locate, qualify for, move into, and care for available affordable housing in the community properties we manage in Woodburn, Salem, Stayton, Submility, Independence, Silverton, and Lebanon, Oregon.
We manage housing that focuses on workforce families, low-income residents, agricultural workers, and seniors. Our housing has supportive services and a team that cares about community wellbeing. Our housing has income qualifications and our community managers are trained in fair housing from lease-up to renewal. We are here to help you, your family, or someone you know seek affordable housing in the 475 units we currently manage.
Hoping to find a bilingual affordable housing management partner?
We work with nonprofit affordable housing developers and culturally specific organizations to ensure that the opportunities that residents have living in the housing that we manage are as safe and supportive as the housing itself.
Consider us an extension of the existing resident services and programs to meet the community's needs within affordable housing. Our staff are bilingual, multicultural, and trained in the complexities of affordable housing management. Nonprofit housing developer, FHDC, formed us to build prosperity for communities that have been historically and systemically oppressed. If our values and needs in housing align, consider us your partner.
