Evolve Property Management and Workforce Development is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, and an innovative platform for urban and rural commercial and residential management. Evolve is designed to provide an opportunity for public and private housing communities to collaborate with nonprofits to promote healthy housing and opportunities for growth for individuals, families and communities. Our service model provides property owners with the opportunity to further expand the use of their portfolios by not only providing housing to low-income individuals and families, but also by utilizing housing to provide growth and enrichment opportunities for residents through job creation.
